Q: How do I know if my business is listed on the website?
A: Use the search box on the home page and confirm your business is not already listed on the site. If your business is listed select it and under the map on the business listing page you will see a Claim Now link, use this link to begin the Claim Listing process.
Q: How do I get my business/restaurant listed?
A: Select the Add Listing button at the top of the web page, choose the package and proceed. Upon completion, you will create an account login to manage your listing. Our team will review your submission and upon approval will publish your listing.
Q: I am having trouble with the mapping function as I build my listing address, what do I do?
A: You may experience difficulties with the address locator (This page can't load Google Maps correctly.) if so select the Manual Coordinates tab and enter the GPS coordinates for your business. You can find your GPS information here: https://www.gps-coordinates.net/, be sure to delete the default address and replace with your address and confirm you have placed the correct longitude and latitude settings in the correct fields.
Q: I have entered this information and paid for my listing why does it not appear?
A: All listing submission must be approved by our team to ensure the listing is appropriate for the On The Menu website. Please allow 24-48 hours for your submission to be processed. If you have any issues, please contact us at support@onthemenuonline.com
Q: I do not see my business category listing on the drop-down menu, can I add a new category?
A: You cannot add categories, but please submit your category request and we will review if we can indeed create a new category for your listing. support@onthemenuonline.com
