Chef Erik De Marchi blends his passion from his childhood food traditions with a commitment to our local family growers and purveyors. Inspired by the authentic cuisine of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy, Oliver’s Osteria is a traditional Italian restaurant reimagined for the present day. Owner and executive chef, Erik de Marchi, born and raised in Imola, Italy — followed his passion of choice and graduated from the IAL culinary academy Emilia-Romagna ( Italy ). In 2002 Erik came to Los Angeles to work with Chef Gino Angeleini in his restaurant Angelini Osteria. Oliver’s Osteria, named after his son, is a culmination of Chef Erik de Marchi’s dream of being a father and owning his own restaurant.
